Our History
• Our company vision had been conceptualized by our former president Mr. Nimitr Chaichiratikul and Mrs.
Rungrat Chaichiratikul, the current president. The N.C. in the logo name stands for Nimitr Chaichiratikul since then.
• 2523 Founded and managed Sahachai International Co., Ltd., a customer brokerage business.
• 2528 Founded and managed New NC Transhipping and Trading Co., Ltd., a trucking and logistics business.
• 2535 Started the business and managed rental warehouses, vacant land, and commercial buildings.
• 2541 Founded and managed Somsak Kan Chang and Transport Co., Ltd., overseeing maintenance operations.
• 2547 Founded and managed PNC Logistics Co., Ltd., operating a distribution center.
• Co-founder and former President of the Southern Logistics and Transportation Association for three terms (six years)

For more than 30 years, we have continually improved our services and achieved the high standard of service in the logistics industry. We have become the lead logistics service provider in the south of Thailand and enhance the efficiency of clients supply chains by providing reliable and timely services. The company, as a single point of contact to the shippers, has well coordinated and controlled the network of transportation companies in both domestic and international levels. Furthermore, we have paid attention to detail on the customers requirements both in short and long term. Our business has been sustainably growing as the number of trailers has increased to 246 trailers to make flexibility of service for customers. Nowadays, we have increasingly serviced more than 50 leading companies being our regular customers who trust in our logistics capabilities. In addition, we have offered a large number of 70 warehouses for rent in Songkhla province and facilitated the development of distribution centers and warehouses for the customers.
We always realize that the efficiency of logistics operations underpinning business opportunities of our customers is one of the most important success factors in the currently competitive business environment. Since 2008, world economy has been in turmoil, the import-export business in Asia and Thailand has also been affected. Established in 1985, the company, as a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, provides both domestic and cross-border freight transportation services throughout the world. It is located in a strategic location at Songkhla province in Southern Thailand to support export and import between Thailand and Malaysia.
We provide transportation service for containerised export products ranging from Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS), Standard Thai Rubbers (STR), latex, rubber wood, to frozen sea products, and also import products such as machinery and furniture. Founded in 1980, Sahachai International Co., Ltd., formerly known as Sahachai Hatyai Export-Import Limited Partnership, is a leading freight forwarding company and customs broker specializing in helping clients with regard to customs procedures to avoid costly penalties and delays.
We carry out custom clearance between Thailands and Malaysias borders to shippers exporting and consignees importing their cargos by multimodal transportation: through modes of transport namely; road, sea, and rail. The companys services are synchronized with New N.C.s operations to streamline the movement of cargos in the cross-border transportation. In addition, we advise about transportation insurance policy and certificate, duties appraisal and drawback, tax exemption, procedures for obtaining promotional privilege from Thailand Board of Investment (B.O.I) i.e., investment promotion and tax privileges, application of licenses for import and export, and customs regulations nationwide.
P.N.C. Logistics Co., Ltd.
Distribution Center
Established in 1990, P.N.C. Logistics Co., Ltd. creates tailor-made integrated logistics solutions to Boon Rawd Trading Co., Ltd, Thailand’s well-known brewer for Singha beer. We offer various logistics activities ranging from freight distribution on Southern Thailand, warehousing, operations on the distribution centre, staff recruitment and training, to warehouse and equipment for rent as “One Stop Service” package.

Maintenance
Founded in 1998, the company develops the proficient mechanic team to ensure the well-functioned trucks for New N.C.’s transportation services. We consider the safety of customers’ cargos our utmost priority. We therefore allocate the mechanic specialists to repair and regularly inspect the conditions of the trucks in accordance with the schedule.
